Too Much Fun?

If small Halloween-size packages of candy are "Fun Size". Then what are the regular size packages?

World Series 2003

Both the San Francisco Giants and the Midwest Giants (aka Chicago Cubs) have been trounced and bounced by the Fish from Florida. Let's hope they can make it a hat trick and keep rolling right over the Yankees. The Marlins are a good team, and play with a lot of energy. If they keep the same attitude, they'll have no problem with New York.

Back to Chicago: I thought taking out Russ Ortiz in Game 6 last year was bad, but blowing a 3-1 series lead in Chicago? Come on Dusty, you've got flamethrowers in the bullpen and you leave Kerry Wood in the game. Last year, you took out Ortiz in favor of a spent bullpen. I guess I just don't get Dusty Logic. It's almost as inane as J.T. Snow Logic: "Let's see, I'm not fast, and the ball is hit right in front of the left fielder, but hey I'll try to score anyway, with Rich Aurilia on deck (with Bonds to follow) and a future Hall of Fame catcher waiting for me at the plate." JT, you did your best, and put a first class lick on Pudge, but again, his nickname is "Pudge" for a reason. Better luck next year. As one of my favorite Giants, I thought you would somehow pull it off and score. Still, I'll never forget watching that play unfold. It's more memorable than you picking up Darren Baker last year.

Terminator's T&A Troubles

Over the years, Ahnold has been sexually harassing women. Yet, none of these women press charges against the man until one week before the recall election for California governor, of which he is a candidate. It just makes you wonder. Why did these women wait until now? Were they just waiting for the precise moment to embarass him the most? I suppose they probably chose to drop the incident, and then when he decided to run for governor, wait until right before the election and then "Bam!" I supposed it worked, but the timing is just highly suspicious. By no means am I supporting Ahnold's gubernatorial campaign. It's just that this kind of situation raises questions. Sounds like another conspiracy to me...

Terminate the Terminator Today!

0caf.gifCalifornians, today is the day to make your voices heard, so don't forget to vote, especially againstAhnold. Don't let the Repubican conspiracy to gain control of the state happen! Also, don't forget about those two not so little propositions on the ballot. If you haven't voted yet, get to the polls NOW!

Back in the U.S.

So, I'm back home and I was unable to unravel any of the conspiracies I mentioned in my previous post. Oh well, better luck next time, I suppose. I did manage to take a lot of pictures, which I have begun to assemble into a photo album. Check 'em out! More are on the way, too. If you're interested in reading about Japan and what I did, you can check out this section of my blog about Japan, California Roll. The self-promotion never stops. =)
